Hey there! I'm a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who has a passion for helping clients heal from trauma, reconnect with their inner truth, and step into their power with clarity and compassion.
I specialize in a variety of issues and populations including anxiety, trauma recovery, perfectionism, postpartum issues, LGBTQ+ affirmative care, and supporting adult children of critical or emotionally immature parents. I also have experience working with women’s issues as well as youth and adolescents, offering developmentally attuned, supportive care across life stages.
I use an integrative approach to therapy as I am trained in Brainspotting, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
